Old new friends

It is hot here. I went for a walk early this morning. It was light outside but the Sun was not up yet. It was warm but not oppressively. I am watching the trees. There are thousands of leaves on each tree and not one is stirring. I am holed up in the bedroom where the air conditioner is. I have gathered together some old friends, books I once enjoyed but have not read in quite some time. It is a simple reward for having a fading memory. Most of them are new again and still enjoyable. I am done with reading things that I know I should and am now concentrating on things that I enjoy. I am working my way through all of the Robot novels and maybe I will tackle Dune again. I will reread The Prince before I tackle Dune, they have the same theme.
I need to put a chair in the bedroom. I am developing a bad case of horizontalitis. Who knew that getting old was going to be so nice?

Dad, abandon Dune and run to the nearest theatre and see "Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull". It is the best freaking movie I have seen in a long, long time. And they don't try to make him 40. They let him be 60. It is tremendous. Please don't wait till it comes out on video, because I know, YOU PERSONALLY, will freaking LOVE IT! Best movie I've seen in a long long time. And contains some lines, sinking in a sandpit, that would have come directly out of your mouth(don't want to give too much away). But don't miss this one, it is SO worth it, will send you a ticket if necessary. Why does Spellcheck "necessary look wrong? I guess because I am wrong...love you.
