I found a recipe for tikka marsala. If things work out I will try it next week. I am tired of chicken thighs and long to move on to other parts. Now all I have to do is find out if Rix likes slightly spicy or more than slightly spicy. Does chocolate cake go with tikka marsala? I still can't post in the normal way. I tried it with another computer and have destroyed the other computer. All it does is sit and reboot itself. Maybe I need another tool for working on computers instead of the Vise-Grips.
I'm sorry about your computer- I have seen Shaun spend, oh, a couple of months trying to get one of his four computers to do something, and this one here went through some issue where it would just constantly reboot. Masala is one of my favorite spices to eat, but any recipe I've found has not been successful, prepared by me. Hope yours turns out better. My cellphone has vanished off of the face of the Earth. But I'll call tomorrow on the land line at the other house, well, the one I'm in now. Sorry, didn't mean to be negative about the masala, Martha's galley where I worked put it in almost everything and it was great, all my stuff turned out weird and mushy. I'm maybe just crabby from plucking densely feathered chickens for a really long time today. Love you! Talk to you soon!

Hi, Dad - We always order tikka masala "mild" for me and Rixy. The flavors are so amazing, you don't really need the heat.
And, that chocolate cake goes with EVERYTHING. Love you!
